Dentistry is more than a job; it runs in the family! Dr. Milana is the fourth dentist in his family, along with many dental lab technicians. Growing up watching how dental restorations have improved people's quality of life and smiles has given him the desire to change lives and enrich people's smiles in Phoenix.

Dr. Matthew Milana, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Matthew Milana is a highly rated dentist who offers a complete menu of general, preventive, and cosmetic services to residents living in communities across the Valley of the Sun. From Arcadia Dentistry, his state-of-the-art practice in Phoenix, Dr. Milana is dedicated to improving the oral health and surpassing the cosmetic needs of every patient he treats.
Dr. Milana received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, where he also completed his residency in general dentistry. He went on to obtain a certificate in advanced education for general dentistry and continues to take over 100 hours of post-graduate dental training annually, covering many of the latest techniques available in dentistry today.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Milana is a member of the American Dentistry Association, the Arizona Dentistry Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society. He’s also one of only 1,000 members worldwide of the Frank Spear Faculty Club, a professional community of leaders in dentistry.
Dr. Milana and his wife, Megan, along with their four children, enjoy many of the outdoor activities around the Phoenix area. You can find him enjoying snow skiing, hiking, and watching Nebraska Football. GO Cornhuskers!!

Deirdre comes to us from Shapleigh, Maine. She graduated summa cum laude from Mesa Community College and has been with us for two wonderful years. When she's not helping patients, she can be found hanging out with her family and her puppy. Deirdre also enjoys hiking and listening to good music.

Super great friendly staff! I have been going to Dr Milania for the past couple years and swear by that man. He does the best work and refers appropriately. He’s a solid midwestern guy that takes pride in his work and never over charges. He has even met me at the office on a Saturday for a dental emergency and didn’t charge any extra fees. He custom makes his own mouth guards and they are the absolute best I’ve ever had. If you want a great overall Dentist that guarantees his work, you’ve found him.
